Eugene Gyawu, PhD
Senior Exploration Geologist, Florida Canyon Mine
Dr. Gyawu is a senior exploration geologist at Couer Mining. He did his PhD in mining engineering in our research group. He holds a BS in geological engineering from University of Mines & Technology (Ghana) and MS in geology and geophysics from Missouri S&T. His research interests include human factors, miner self-escape, virtual reality, and mine health and safety.

Mr. Aluko holds an MS degree in mining engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology and a BEng degree in mining engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. His research interests include mining sustainability and mine planning and design.
